Warehouse Assistant
Location: Noosa
Part time, Monday - Friday (25 hours)
Start date: January 8th 2025

Lolly May is seeking a Warehouse assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly as we deliver beautiful designs to our customers.
Responsibilities:-
Order Fulfillment
Pick, pack and process orders with attention to detail
Inventory Management
Track stock levels, assist with restocking and organise inventory
Customer Support
Assist with enquiries and work closely with our customer service team to resolve order related issues
Quality Control
Inspect products to ensure they meet our high quality standards
Shipping and Receiving
Coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth logistics
General warehouse and operation duties
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
Assist with coordinating photoshoots and marketing campaigns with the team
Contribute ideas to enhance our customer experience
What were looking for:-
Experience with Shopify for order management and inventory (preferred but not essential)
A proactive and positive attitude
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A love for small business and desire to grow with a brand
Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment
Physical capability to lift and move packages as needed
