We move quickly, think outside the box, and create moments that surprise and delight our customers. Now, we’re looking for a social media strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of trends, and can help take our brand to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
• Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute creative content strategies that drive engagement and foster community.
• Content Creation & Design: Design eye-catching social media assets in Canva for ads, social posts and Instagram stories.
• Copywriting: Write engaging captions, ad copy, and social media content that aligns with our brand voice and personality.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of trending audio, viral content, and innovative marketing strategies.
• Community Engagement: Respond to customer DMs and comments, fostering strong relationships with our audience.
• UGC Partnerships: Manage user-generated content collaborations efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination with influencers and customers.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and collaborations.
• Analytics and reporting: Track and analyse key social media performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Occasional Hands-On Support: Help pack orders and contribute to our fast-paced, creative environment.

Lives and breathes social media. Trends excite you but you also know when to stick to what makes us us. You have an understanding of the social media landscape and can adjust your strategy to suit different social media platforms.

Is a creative thinker with fresh, out-of-the-box ideas for content and engagement.

Proficiency in Canva and strong copywriting skills (bonus if you have experience in video editing tools).

Has strong organizational skills to manage UGC partnerships, content calendars, and community interactions.

Is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic business.

Experience and Skills:

Previous experience in social media management, preferably in fashion and ecommerce. 2+ years experience preferred in a similar role.

Proficiency with social media platforms and tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Later or similar scheduling tools, as well ad editing apps like Capcut and Inshot.

Strong Understanding of visual storytelling, aesthetics and branding.
