1. How do I join the program? 

Simply create an account here and enter your name, email, and password. If you currently have an account with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our new rewards program so you can sign in and access your points (hearts)! 

 

2. I joined the rewards program after placing a few orders, will I earn points (hearts) for these orders?

Purchases made over the 12 months prior to creating an account will count towards your loyalty points at the time you create an account.

 

3. I have been a customer of Lolly May's for a long time, are my past purchases honoured? 

Darling hearts, your hearts (points) will be honoured in your account from any purchases made since February 1st 2024. Unfortunately any orders placed prior to this date will not be have accumulated points and we are unable to backdate this on purchase made before this date. 

 

4. How to redeem my points (hearts)?

Simply log into your account and visit the "redeem points" tab to view all of your great reward options available for redemption. 

 

5. Do my points (hearts) expire?

Lolly’s Love Club rewards points and codes will expire after 12 months of Rewards account inactivity. This means that if there is no purchases or rewards activity in this time such as referrals/reviews/earning & redeeming points, all rewards earned in the previous 12 months will automatically be removed from your account. Your hearts (points) will be honoured in your account from any purchases made since February 1st 2024 and have a rolling expiry of 12 months from this date. 

 

6. How can I earn points (hearts)?

Members can earn points by following us on socials, signing up for texts, leaving product reviews plus more! You can find out more here. 

 

7. What benefits do we receive from being part of the program?

You'll get rewarded each time you shop at Lolly May by collecting hearts (earning points) and enjoy exclusive perks like exclusive birthday gifts, invites to community days, a front row seat to our product development meetings (yes, we want your opinion on future drops!) plus so much more.

 

8. What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

Unfortunately, we are unable to merge email accounts to combine point balances. 

 

9. Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points (hearts) for a discount?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your Rewards account.

 

10. Do my rewards points (hearts) expire?

Yes. Points earned have a rolling expiry of 12 months. From the date of issue, you have 12 months to use your points, if your points are not redeemed during this time, they will expire and no longer be in your account. 

 

11. My rewards discount code will not apply to my cart

Our reward and discount promotion codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers/promotions/bundle offers and must have a minimum spend of $79 excluding shipping costs

If this is not the case, your code could have already been used on a previous order. If you have redeemed points and are trying to use a rewards code that has perhaps already been claimed on a previous order, try refreshing your account/app to see if this code clears.

12. How do I check/redeem my points (hearts) balance on your website? 

To earn and redeem points, you must be a Lolly’s Love Club member. To access your points via our website, please log into your account here.

 

13. How long does it take for my points (hearts) to appear in my account? 

The points will automatically adjust in your account within minutes of placing an order. Points for product reviews require time from when the review has been submitted, the points will be updated once your review is approved. The product review must be submitted via the review request email sent 14 days post-purchase. Once a product review has been submitted, it can take up to 2 weeks to be rewarded. Points can only be earned for purchases made under your account.

14. Do I get a birthday reward? 

If you have a Lolly’s Love Club Loyalty Account, you are eligible to receive points as a birthday reward! 

To add your birthday to your account, first login to your account and you will find the option to add this under "Ways to Earn Points". Hover over the Birthday Rewards box and you will be supplied with the option to add your birthday. All birthday rewards require a minimum of 30 days prior to your birthday to be entered.

Please Note: Birth dates can only be entered once and cannot be changed. 

I did not get my Birthday reward, what should I do? 

Please allow up to 24 hours after your Birthday date for your discount code to be rewarded to your account. Your Birthday discount code will also be emailed to you. 

If you are having issues with receiving your Birthday reward, be sure to check your account to see if your Birthday is entered correctly.
