Our free gifts are part of special promotions and are available exclusively with qualifying orders (for example, orders over $100 AUD). Free gifts are not available for individual purchase and are automatically added to eligible orders only.
If an order does not meet the promotional criteria, the free gift will be removed prior to dispatch.

We have Size guides attached on each product to help get the perfect fit for your darling.
LM prides itself on limited edition collections and drops that are made in small quantities. We want each piece to remain unique. In some instances, styles may be released in second round drops and or/ different colours.
It allows customers to secure LM pieces before the stock arrives to our warehouse. Pre-order items will always be marked as such and an estimated arrival date will be given in the product description.
If you purchase other items with your pre-order item, they will be shipped together when the pre-order arrives.
We are genuinely sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. We understand how disappointing it can be, and we always aim to provide top quality products.
Please email details and photos of the fault to our Customer Experience team at hello@lollymay.com . We’ll forward it to our product team for assessment. In some cases, we may need to have the item returned for further investigation.
Unfortunately once you place your order it goes straight into process and we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. Our warehouse team works very quickly to accept the fulfilment request of your order.

Purchases made over the 12 months prior to creating an account will count towards your loyalty points at the time you create an account.
Darling hearts, your hearts (points) will be honoured in your account from any purchases made since February 1st 2024. Unfortunately any orders placed prior to this date will not be have accumulated points and we are unable to backdate this on purchase made before this date.
Simply log into your account and visit the "redeem points" tab to view all of your great reward options available for redemption.
Lolly’s Love Club rewards points and codes will expire after 12 months of Rewards account inactivity. This means that if there is no purchases or rewards activity in this time such as referrals/reviews/earning & redeeming points, all rewards earned in the previous 12 months will automatically be removed from your account. Your hearts (points) will be honoured in your account from any purchases made since February 1st 2024 and have a rolling expiry of 12 months from this date.

Unfortunately, we are unable to merge email accounts to combine point balances.
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your Rewards account.
Yes. Points earned have a rolling expiry of 12 months. From the date of issue, you have 12 months to use your points, if your points are not redeemed during this time, they will expire and no longer be in your account.
Our reward and discount promotion codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers/promotions/bundle offers and must have a minimum spend of $79 excluding shipping costs.
If this is not the case, your code could have already been used on a previous order. If you have redeemed points and are trying to use a rewards code that has perhaps already been claimed on a previous order, try refreshing your account/app to see if this code clears.

To earn and redeem points, you must be a Lolly’s Love Club member. To access your points via our website, please log into your account here.
The points will automatically adjust in your account within minutes of placing an order. Points for product reviews require time from when the review has been submitted, the points will be updated once your review is approved. The product review must be submitted via the review request email sent 14 days post-purchase. Once a product review has been submitted, it can take up to 2 weeks to be rewarded. Points can only be earned for purchases made under your account.
If you have claimed points for a coupon code and can no longer locate this, please reach out and we can assist by providing your code or refunding the points to be reclaimed: hello@lollymay.com
If you have a Lolly’s Love Club Loyalty Account, you are eligible to receive points as a birthday reward!
To add your birthday to your account, first login to your account and you will find the option to add this under "Ways to Earn Points". Hover over the Birthday Rewards box and you will be supplied with the option to add your birthday. All birthday rewards require a minimum of 30 days prior to your birthday to be entered.
Please Note: Birth dates can only be entered once and cannot be changed.
I did not get my Birthday reward, what should I do?
Please allow up to 24 hours after your Birthday date for your discount code to be rewarded to your account. Your Birthday discount code will also be emailed to you.
If you are having issues with receiving your Birthday reward, be sure to check your account to see if your Birthday is entered correctly.
