Returns & Exchanges
At Lolly May, we want you to adore your pieces — but if something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return your order within 21 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange, as long as it meets our return requirements.
To be accepted for return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Be free of washing powder, perfume, food, and pet hair
- Not be a final sale item
- Have the hygiene sticker intact and untampered (swimwear)
Not eligible for return:
- Change of mind items exceeding 21 days from delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or marked by the customer
- Products marked final sale
LM reserves the right to reject returns that don't meet these requirements. Ineligible items will be sent back and any applicable fees recovered. All discount codes are one-time use — if you return an order for which you claimed points, the points and discount code are non-refundable.
All returns must be lodged through our Returns Portal.
